Invisible Braces
Crooked teeth can make you feel embarrassed about your smile. You might feel self-conscious during a presentation with a new client, or find yourself hiding your smile in photos.
However, did you know that tooth misalignment also impacts your dental health?
Teeth that are unevenly spaced, have gaps, or tooth overlap can be difficult to brush and floss properly. When you can’t easily remove plaque buildup during your daily home care routine, it can result in problems like tooth decay or gum disease.
Straighter teeth are healthier teeth that allow you to smile with confidence!
Invisalign Provides the Discretion You Want
Maybe you’ve considered braces to straighten your smile, but you’re not fond of the idea of actually wearing them on your teeth. Invisalign may be an ideal solution for you.
Instead of relying on metal brackets and wires to straighten your teeth, Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to move them.
With Invisalign in Cabot, you will follow a prescription created by Dr. Fields of clear aligners that you wear for two weeks before moving on to the next set. You should wear your aligners for the recommended 22 hours per day to achieve the best results; however, you can take them out for big events, meetings, or presentations during the day.
Aligners are smooth and comfortable to wear so you never have to worry about the discomfort of a bracket or wire poking you. Because of their transparency and snug fit, Invisalign aligners are virtually invisible.
Clear aligners are also removable, which means that you don’t have any restrictions as to what you can eat or drink during your orthodontic treatment.
Our patients love the freedom that Invisalign provides them while creating their beautiful smile!

If you would like to determine if Invisalign is a good solution for your smile, we encourage you to contact Patrick Fields, DDS and schedule an Invisalign evaluation.
While Invisalign works well for most patients, it cannot correct certain complicated bite issues. Dr. Fields will perform a thorough examination to determine if invisible braces will help you achieve your smile goals. This is a great time for you to ask all of your questions about the Invisalign process.
If you move forward with Invisalign, we use 3-D imaging to create your treatment plan and show you how your straightened smile will look. We will also review the cost of your treatment with you, which can vary depending on the length and complexity of your case.
If you determine that Invisalign is not the right treatment for your needs, Dr. Fields will discuss some other options that will help you achieve the straighter, more beautiful smile that you want.
