Our team has worked together for many years, with the common goal of serving our patients to the best of our abilities and providing them with an exceptional experience. We've been serving patients in Cabot, Beebe, Lonoke, Des Arc, and Searcy since 2003, so you will see many familiar faces when you visit.

We also follow a risk assessment-based approach, so the treatment that we diagnose for you will consider what is best for your health, safety, and unique dental needs.

Dr. Patrick Fields
Dr. Patrick Fields was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and moved to Arkansas when he was six years old. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology while starting for the Arkansas Tech University football team. Then he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Fields’ practice goal as a self-described “lifelong learner” is to bring world-class dentistry back to central Arkansas. He completes two to three times the continuing education coursework required to maintain licensure in Arkansas annually, including additional training in sedation dentistry and attendance of the advanced dental continuum at Seattle’s Kois® Center.

Dr. Fields met his wife, Ashley, while they both attended dental school. They each have their own dental practice here in Cabot. He and Ashley love to grill and spend time at the lake and are, in his words, “HUGE Razorback fans” who spend most fall weekends following the football team. Dr. Fields also enjoys hunting and fishing.
Stacey Holmes

Stacey loves making a difference in patients' lives by helping them improve their smiles!
She is a Pulaski Tech Dental Assisting graduate and has kept Cabot smiling for over 16 years!
She loves spending time with her girls, Katelynn and Gracen, their dog Max, and family and friends when out of the office.
Teraysa Webb
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Tray has been with our practice for over 10 years. She received her training from UAMS dental hygiene school. Tray loves her patients and the relationships she builds with them and appreciates working with an exceptional team.
When she's not taking care of patients, you'll find Tray crafting, traveling, or spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Stephanie Roetzel
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Stephanie has been with our dental practice for over 13 years. She received her training from UAMS dental hygiene school and graduated in 2007 after working as a dental assistant for 12 years. Stephanie loves getting to know her patients on a personal basis while helping them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
In her spare time, Stephanie's hobbies are reading and scrapbooking.
Wendy Vines
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Wendy has been with Patrick Fields, DDS for over 14 years. She's worked in the dental field for over 30 years, starting as an orthodontic assistant before graduating from the UAMS dental hygiene school in 1997. Wendy's greatest reward is being able to make a difference in her patient's lives.
When she's not caring for patients, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Alisha Smith
Hygiene Coordinator
While Alisha enjoys working with a team that genuinely cares about each other and the patients they serve. Alisha received her training from the Searcy Dental Assistant School.
When she's not at the dental office, Alisha loves spending time with her family and watching her son play sports.
Tiffany Moon
Dental Assistant
Tiffany has been with Patrick Fields, DDS for over two years. She received her training for dental assisting from Pulaski Technical College. Tiffany feels lucky to work with such a fantastic team. She enjoys being able to help her patients reach their smile goals.
When she's not at the dental office, Tiffany loves hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.
Sarah Whittington
Office Manager
For over 18 years, Sarah has dedicated herself to ensuring patients receive the best dental care. As our dental office manager, she is honored to support our team of dental professionals in delivering unparalleled patient care. She's a University of Arkansas Pulaski Tech graduate and is happy to call Cabot her home.
When she's not at the office, Sarah can be found scrapbooking, exploring the great outdoors while camping, and traveling to new and exciting places.
And spending time with her husband of 22 years, their kids Lexi and Garrett, and a trio of pampered cats plus one dog.
